ReflectizFrom pre-seed deck to Series A presentation partner

What began as one pre-seed fundraising deck became a multi-year partnership across investor, sales and board presentations.

Reflectiz first came to me as a very small pre-seed company. The starting material was essentially text on slides, and the company needed a fundraising deck. I created the visual language and designed that deck.

The work continued across dozens of projects over the following years: a refresh of the broader brand and marketing language, sales presentations, board presentations and fundraising decks through Series A.

In the later rounds my role moved past designing supplied content. I helped structure the round story and the deck architecture itself, starting from the questions that decide everything else: the essence, the goals, the audience and how the presentation will actually be used.

  • Round story and architecture
  • Visual language
  • Investor, sales and board decks
Anna is highly experienced, thoughtful and high-quality. Clients and investors consistently responded positively to the presentations. Across dozens of joint projects, a few words from me were enough for her to understand the need and make the vision live.

A client since 2017 preparing for a sale asked for a deck that felt nothing like a corporate presentation, while still making the company easy for investors and buyers to understand.

What I fix.

Strong businesses lose momentum when the case investors hear is weaker than the business itself.

01

The business is stronger than the story.

Investors understand what you built. They still cannot repeat why it is an investment.

02

The deck keeps growing. The round doesn't.

More slides are being added because the argument underneath them is still unsettled.

03

The product makes sense. The investment case doesn't land.

The room gets the product. The urgency, upside, proof or ask still feels easy to postpone.

04

AI made the material faster. Judgment still decides what survives.

Drafting is cheap now. Knowing what an investor should believe, question or remember is the valuable part.

Clarity is a fundraising advantage.

Why Anna

19 years inside fundraising.Strategy, story and the roomit has to survive.

Anna Mazarsky presenting an investor narrative to a seated boardroom audience.

I work where fundraising strategy, investor narrative and the material itself meet. That means I can diagnose the round, rebuild the argument and carry it through to the final deck without handing the thinking from one specialist to another.

Capital raising
I raised for mission driven organizations, where the case had to survive committees, not enthusiasm.
Startup strategy
I work with founders on positioning, round shape and the milestone logic behind the ask.
Investor storytelling
I turn complex businesses into arguments investors can repeat internally, in their own words.

The practical stuff

Questions before we work together.

Scope, timing, price and what happens when the material already exists.

How much does an engagement cost?
A Paid Consultation is $225 for 30 minutes. A Pitch Deck Audit is $750. Strategy and build engagements have current working prices from $1,500 to $4,450, with final scope confirmed before work begins.
How long does it take?
A Paid Consultation is 30 minutes. Audit timing is confirmed before purchase. Strategy and build engagements are scheduled according to scope, round timing and founder availability. Live deadlines are evaluated during qualification.
Is this a pitch deck design service?
The work begins with the fundraising argument: what the round is, who it is for, which proof supports it and what decision the material must move. Design is developed as part of carrying that argument clearly and credibly.
I already generated a deck with AI. Is that useful here?
An AI-generated deck is a useful starting point. The review identifies generic claims, unsupported logic, filler and the questions an investor is likely to test, then prioritizes what needs to change.
How do we start?
