How an engagement works.

Who you are contracting with

Services on this site are provided by Anna Mazarsky, an independent fundraising strategist working as a sole practitioner. All work, correspondence and invoicing come from her directly. Contact details for contractual notices are listed at the end of these terms.

Business clients only

The work is sold to companies, founders and teams for business purposes, not to consumers for personal use. By placing an order you confirm you are buying in a business capacity and are authorised to do so on behalf of the company you name.

What is delivered

Each service page states the scope, the deliverables and the indicative timeline for that service. Anything outside the stated scope is a separate engagement, agreed and priced before it starts. Strategy, narrative and presentation work are professional advisory services. They are not investment advice, legal advice, accounting advice or fundraising brokerage, and no fundraising outcome, investor response or amount raised is promised.

Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars on the service and checkout pages and are the prices that apply to the order. Any tax that applies to the engagement is added or stated on the invoice according to the rules that apply to the seller and, where relevant, to your country. Bank, card and currency conversion charges applied by your own provider are yours.

Payment and scheduling

Smaller engagements are paid in full before the work starts. Larger engagements are paid as a 50 percent deposit to confirm the engagement and reserve the dates, with the balance due on delivery unless a different schedule is agreed in writing. Work begins once the first payment clears and the material needed to start has been received.

Cancellation and refunds

The deposit confirms the engagement and holds capacity that is turned away for other clients, so it is not refundable once the engagement is confirmed. The remaining balance is refundable in full if you cancel before the corresponding part of the work has been carried out. Where a payment was taken for work that was never started, that payment is returned. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Paid consultation sessions

A paid consultation can be moved or cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Inside 24 hours, and for a missed session, the fee is not refundable. Rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice is free and does not count as a cancellation.

What is needed from you

Timelines assume that material, access and feedback arrive when agreed. Delays on your side move delivery dates accordingly. You confirm that anything you send, including data, logos, figures and third party content, is yours to share and is accurate.

Confidentiality

Fundraising material is treated as confidential and is not circulated, resold or used as a public example without written approval. A separate confidentiality agreement can be signed on request. Approved case studies are published only with permission and never include sensitive figures without it.

Ownership of the work

On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for you and may use, edit and present them freely. Underlying methods, frameworks, templates and internal working files remain the property of Anna Mazarsky. Fonts, stock images and other licensed assets stay under their own licences.

Limits of responsibility

Responsibility for any claim connected to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Indirect losses, including lost investment, lost revenue, lost opportunity and reputational loss, are excluded. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Israel. Reasonable attempts to resolve a disagreement directly come first.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version published on the day your order is placed is the version that applies to that order.
