How enquiry details are handled.
This notice explains what happens to the details you send through this site, how long they are kept and how to have them removed.

Who is responsible
Anna Mazarsky, an independent fundraising strategist based in Thessaloniki, Greece, is the person responsible for enquiry data from this site and decides how it is used. There is no agency, no account team and no third party sales operation behind it. Her contact address for privacy questions is listed at the end of this notice.
What is collected
The proposal request form collects the details you enter: name, email, company, website, stage, deadline, a link to your materials, budget range and your description of the problem. The diagnostic can collect an email address if you ask for your result, together with the answers you selected. Checkout collects your name, email, company and the page you arrived from. If you write directly, the message and address you used are kept with the enquiry.
Technical details collected automatically
To stop spam and abuse, your network address is converted into a one way code that cannot be turned back into the address, and only that code is stored with the submission. Hidden trap fields and simple submission limits work the same way. This is a legitimate interest in keeping the site usable and secure. A short automatic alert may be sent to Anna when a submission looks automated or a sign in to the private studio fails, describing the event rather than identifying you.
Why it is collected and on what basis
Enquiry details are used to assess fit, reply, and where relevant prepare a scoped proposal. The lawful basis is your request to take steps before entering a contract, and a legitimate interest in keeping a record of business enquiries. Details are never sold, never used for advertising and never added to a marketing list without a separate opt in. If you tick the optional consent box to receive occasional written insights, the lawful basis for that is your consent and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message or writing to the address below.
Links to your materials
You share a link rather than uploading files. Keep permissions restricted on anything confidential and revoke access whenever you choose. Shared material is reviewed for the enquiry only and is not circulated.
Where the data is held and who processes it
Enquiries and orders are stored in the hosted database and application platform that run this site. Email delivery, including the diagnostic brief and replies triggered by the site, is handled by an email delivery provider on instruction. These providers act only as processors and do not use your details for their own purposes. Servers may be located inside or outside the European Economic Area, and transfers outside it rely on the European Commission standard contractual clauses. Nothing else is shared with any other party unless the law requires it.
Payments
When a payment is taken, the payment provider handles the card details directly and Anna never sees or stores them. What is kept on this side is the order record: what was bought, the amount, the status, and the name and email you gave at checkout. Those records are kept for the period that tax and accounting rules require.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months and then deleted. If an engagement begins, the related records are kept for as long as the contract and any legal, tax or accounting obligation requires, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for processing to be restricted or object to it, withdraw any consent you gave, and ask for your data in a portable format. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, or in Greece to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no third party tracking scripts and does not follow you across other sites, so no cookie banner is needed. A sign in cookie is used only inside the private studio area, which visitors do not reach. Anonymous interaction counts stay in your own browser session and build no profile about you.
